General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us and consumers via our online shop. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) You can add products to your shopping cart and correct your entries during the ordering process at any time. Only by clicking the "Order with payment" button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(3) The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

§ 3 Storage of the contract text

We save the contract text. You can view past orders in your customer account. You can access our terms and conditions at any time on our website.

§ 4 Correction notice

You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. Instructions on how to do this will be provided during the ordering process. You can cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Statutory liability rights for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies to all goods.

Excluded are:

  • Fragrance preferences or individual intolerances;
  • Opened or used cosmetics and perfumes, unless there is a material defect.

The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

§ 6 Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as in cases of damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy .

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code).

§ 8 Methods of payment

The following payment options are available:

§ 9 Delivery and Shipping

(1) Delivery will be made via DHL or GLS to the delivery address you have specified.

(2) The average delivery time is 10 to 14 business days, as the products are sourced directly from our partner Chogan in Italy. Deviations are possible.

§ 10 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 11 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
